Hello, I’m Daphne! I am a nurse and certified professional midwife. I am passionate about health and wellness. I help Mom’s become more energized, feel good about their weight, and help establish good eating habits.

I am a mother of 5(one in heaven) and know the struggle of not having enough energy, struggling with my weight, and not feeling creative about healthy meals.

Over the past couple of years, I realized that I had let my health slip. I didn’t ¬†want to miss out on my children’s activities or day. I didn’t want to not have the energy to stay up after the children went to bed to spend quality time with my husband. I wanted to feel better about myself. I knew I needed help.

When I decided to go for it, I used supplements from a great health and wellness company that helped jump start me on the right track. Then I was able to continue tweaking my daily food intake and I was feeling better emotionally.

So Moms, I know, the struggle is real, but you can do it and I am here to help you through it!
